"Let me bleed you this song of my heart deformed
And lead you along this path in the dark Where I belong 'till I feel your warmth" ~HIM "Vampire heart" well, this is a present for my university friend...may be it's not actually the present but a way of showing my gratitude for landing me her notes for the exam (i gave mine to the girl who never bothered to return them so if it wasn't for my friend - i'd be dead by now trying to find all the information on the Internet. It's not that easy. Really.). So i asked her what can i do for her and she said - "draw a vampire for me" ...strange request, don't you think? Me? Vampire?  and, yeah, the reference. I used the photo of Evadam - the vocalist of the band called Crazy Juliet. Alas, i couldn't find an open link for the picture i used but here is a random photo of him [link] I had a heart attack when i saw him and found out that Crazy Juliet is actually a Ukrainian band. It's so fucking close! This gorgeous beauty speaks Russian and leaves almost near by! No, i've never believed that a russain (ukranian, whatever) guy can be sooooo beautiful. I'm not speaking of general standards for female or male beauty - he's far beyond that, there is some special energy of abstract beauty around him. So, girls, check out Evadam ^_^ Hope u'll like his look as much as i do. BUT! Suprisingly, it's not only the looks that made me notice such a group (usually i listen only to english -speaking groups and never support anything that was made within the borders of former USSR) - it's thier music. believe it or not, but it's gothic. Really gothic. A bit of EBM and above all - IT"S GOOD! The lyrics are...witty or at least humorous (not in a lol way but,well, some lines made me smile). All in all, it's a fresh air! So i think for those who like Dope Stars Inc. would enjoy this group. Here is the link where you can watch their video [link] The song is...energetic i think ^_^ oh, and his English pronunciation isn't very good but...who gives a damn? whoops, i've been talking to much again. Sorry, i'm too excited that i found some new and interesting music - these days such a thing doesn't happen very often! I hope u'll enjoy the drawing and the music (huh, i guess the music is better ) |
